Shipping policy

Generally, items ship within 1-2 business days, or sooner. Items requiring freezing for shipment will only be sent out Monday-Wednesday (unless expedited shipment is selected), to aid in freshness.

Custom items or items requiring preparation require 3-4 days process to ensure proper baking and freezing for shipment.

Typically, orders can be expected to arrive at their destination within 1-3days of shipping, all dependent on your location and method selected. On occasion, delays may occur with the shipping provider that may extend that time and can take longer due to common issues.

It is recommended that you purchase expedited shipping if you have If you need your treats in a rush, to heighten the guarantee and minimize the chance of delay in these instances. As well, expedited shipping is recommended to be selected for all orders that shipments would require longer than 3 days to arrive.
